Our Founder
Jeanne M. Augspurger founded Strategic Relationships & Counsel (SRC) to help businesses, nonprofits, and public institutions grow, navigate transitions, and solve complex challenges. A seasoned legal and strategic advisor, Jeanne brings decades of cross-sector experience spanning private practice, higher education, economic development, and civic leadership.
Now serving as a Partner at national law firm Outside GC (OGC), Jeanne continues to lead SRC while offering clients pragmatic, business-forward legal guidance. Her legal practice spans commercial transactions, governance, regulatory matters, procurement, and risk mitigation—delivered with clarity, strategy, and results.
Throughout her career, Jeanne has advised C-suite leaders, boards, and institutions on major growth and policy initiatives. As former CEO of the Jacksonville Civic Council, she worked with top executives in Northeast Florida to advance regional business and public policy solutions. She has also served as General Counsel and VP of Strategic Initiatives at Florida State College at Jacksonville, Executive Director of the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission, and Chief Legislative Counsel to the Jacksonville City Council.
Recognized for her collaborative leadership and civic impact, Jeanne has helped bring over $1B in economic investment and hundreds of jobs to Duval County. She remains deeply committed to empowering communities and organizations through strategic partnerships and trusted counsel.

Jeanne has been extensively involved in professional, civic and community endeavors throughout her career. A National Member of the FSU Alumni Association Board of Directors and immediate past chair of Goodwill Industries of North Florida, she has been honored with a variety of awards, most recently being named to the First Coast Business Hall of Fame.
