Jeanne Augspurger Joins OGC as Partner
Jacksonville, FL — Jeanne Augspurger, a highly regarded legal and strategic advisor with decades of cross-sector experience, has joined national law firm OGC (Outside GC) as a Partner. Alongside this new role, she will continue to lead her independent consulting firm, Strategic Relationships & Counsel (SRC), which provides advisory services focused on business strategy, economic development, and public-private collaboration.
Known for her pragmatic and insightful counsel, Augspurger has long been a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, boards, and leadership teams across the public, private, and nonprofit spheres. Her legal practice spans a range of areas including commercial transactions, governance, risk mitigation, regulatory matters, litigation strategy, and procurement. She is particularly adept at helping clients make informed decisions in complex environments and building sustainable partnerships across industries.

Before her transition to OGC, Augspurger held several influential roles, including General Counsel and VP of Strategic Initiatives at Florida State College at Jacksonville, CEO of the Jacksonville Civic Council, Executive Director of the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission, and Chief Legislative Counsel to the Jacksonville City Council.

Augspurger lives in Jacksonville and Amelia Island, Florida, with her husband Mark and their Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Major Tom. She earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Florida State University College of Law, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Albertus Magnus College, where she was named a Harry S. Truman Scholar.
